Where are your condo units located?
Our units are located in S Residences and Shore 3 Residences in Pasay City, within the Mall of Asia complex. You’re just minutes away from MOA, IKEA, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, top casinos, and the airport.
Whatβs included in the unit?
Each unit is fully furnished and includes:
Air conditioning
Double or queen-size bed
Sofa bed (in selected units)
Smart TV with Netflix & YouTube
Kitchen appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, etc.)
Basic cookware, utensils, and tableware
Bathroom essentials: towels, toiletries, water heater, hair dryer

How to reserve a condo for a staycation?
Choose the right condo for your staycation and pay a reservation fee of P1000 via Gcash or bank transfer. Make sure to save your transaction reference number as it will be needed for your booking.Β This reservation fee will also serve as a security deposit that will be refunded to you after check out.
Are all units fully-furnished with air conditioning and shower heater?
Yes. All units are fully furnished. Complete with furniture and appliances. The shower has heating and there’s also an area for laundry. The kitchen comes with cooking equipment and a dining set. Wifi is also available.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
